824 Sheppard Avenue
A rental community at the edge of the Downsview transformation
Overview
With 308 rental homes and 220,000 square feet of residential and commercial space, 824 Sheppard Avenue West rises beside Downsview Park and Sheppard West station. Built in partnership with Brixen Developments, the 12-storey building steps down to six storeys along Cocksfield Avenue, bringing new homes to one of Toronto's fastest-changing neighbourhoods.

The Neighbourhood
824 Sheppard sits where Toronto's transit network meets one of its largest parks. Sheppard West subway station is a short walk away, Downsview Park is right next door, and Highway 401 and Yorkdale Shopping Centre are only minutes by car.

A Neighbourhood on the Rise
Downsview is in the middle of one of the largest transformations in the city. New transit, a reimagined park and an entirely new community on the former airport lands are set to reshape the area around 824 Sheppard over the coming decades.
New daily riders
The planned Sheppard Subway extension adds about 3 kilometres of track, linking the line to the Downsview Park area.
New jobs
The Downsview Park master plan reimagines 370 acres with homes, shops and green space, and is projected to welcome over 1 million visitors a year.
New homes
The former Downsview airport lands are planned as a mixed-use community, including affordable housing, as Toronto grows by a projected 1.1 million people by 2041.
